When will my Aura Laser arrive?
Orders are usually prepared in 1–2 working days. Our shipping policy estimates 6–9 working days in total for supported destinations. Standard shipping is free, and tracking is emailed after dispatch.
What warranty and after-sales support do I get?
If there is a problem, email info@projektorland.com with your order number and a description of the fault. Our team will help with your claim under the warranty terms advertised when you bought it. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How do I watch my streaming services?
The projector runs FengOS. Use a certified HDMI streaming player to access your services. Check the current offer to see whether a streaming stick is included. App availability depends on the player, country and subscriptions.
What is included in the box?
The Aura Laser projector, remote control, 65 W USB-C power supply with cable and user guide. Any additional benefits are listed in the offer next to the buy button.
Is it true 4K?
Yes. The Aura Laser projects in native 4K (3840 × 2160 pixels).
How far back for an 80, 100 or 120-inch picture?
For 16:9, allow about 2.1 m for 80″, 2.7 m for 100″ and 3.2 m for 120″, measured from lens to screen. These figures use the 1.2:1 throw ratio, before digital zoom and image correction.
What picture size should I choose?
The stated range is 40–120 inches diagonally. The manufacturer recommends 60–100 inches for everyday use. A larger picture benefits from a darker room and a suitable projection surface.
Can I project directly onto the ceiling?
Aura Laser does not have a built-in rotating stand. It is primarily designed for a wall or screen. For ceiling projection, ask our team to confirm a suitable mount and installation position before buying; do not stand the unit on its edge.
Are speakers built in?
Yes: two 5 W speakers deliver 10 W of stereo sound. You can also connect a compatible speaker or headphones via Bluetooth or the 3.5 mm audio output.
Does it need mains power?
Yes. Aura Laser uses USB-C PD 65 W power. The adapter and cable are included; the projector has no built-in battery.
Can I use it in a bright room?
For a cinema evening, dim the room and avoid direct light on the projection surface. Contrast depends on ambient light and picture size.
What does laser technology bring?
Aura Laser uses an ALPD light source paired with a DLP engine. This projection technology is at the heart of the model, which has a stated brightness of 1,100 ANSI.
