Return and Refund Policy

Returns within 30 days

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the item. This voluntary 30-day return applies to orders delivered to all our delivery countries: Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Finland, Switzerland and Norway. We handle both returns of non-faulty items and complaints about faulty items.

Statutory right of withdrawal for EU consumers

If you are a consumer in an EU country (Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic or Finland), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the day you receive the item. Our voluntary 30-day return period is longer than this statutory period and does not limit your right of withdrawal. Switzerland and Norway are not part of the EU; for customers in Switzerland and Norway, our voluntary 30-day return applies as described in this policy, and the mandatory consumer rights under Swiss or Norwegian law remain unaffected.

Condition of the item

For our voluntary 30-day return, a non-faulty item must be new, unused and complete with all accessories. Please use the original packaging if possible. For EU consumers, this does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal: during the first 14 days, you may examine the item as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond this may result in a deduction for diminished value in accordance with the law.

How to make a return

Email info@projektorland.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns are sent by post. Do not send the item to the registered company address without first receiving return instructions. If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

Return shipping and fees

We cover the return shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged. For a faulty or incorrectly delivered item, we cover the necessary return shipping; contact us for instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 days of the return being received and inspected. Additional processing time by your bank or payment provider may apply. When the statutory right of withdrawal (EU) is exercised, the refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification; we may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof that it has been sent back. Your statutory rights always apply.

No direct exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. Return the item in accordance with these terms and place a new order if you wish to buy a different item. This does not affect your right to repair or replacement in the event of a complaint.

Faulty or damaged item

Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. Please attach photos if they help us assess the case. Faulty or incorrectly delivered items are handled at our expense. For EU consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity applies for at least 2 years from delivery; any longer period under the law of your country applies in full. For customers in Switzerland and Norway, the statutory rights regarding faulty items under Swiss or Norwegian law apply. The voluntary return period does not limit your rights regarding a faulty item.
